Pick-Up Instructions:

You will be greeted upon arrival at Kiruna Airport in the arrivals hall or at the main reception of your hotel. Look for a representative  holding a **Abisko Transfers** tablet or sign. Departure times are from the airport, so please be prepared for potential variations in travel time to your hotel. We recommend waiting in the lobby until your driver enters with tablet or sign.

If you arrive prior to the scheduled departure, there may be a brief wait for the taxi particularly as we often accommodate multiple arriving flights in a single transfer. We appreciate your patience during this process.

Luggage Policy:

Each passenger is allowed one checked bag and any carry-on items that can comfortably fit in your lap on the bus. Ski equipment is permitted but must be pre-booked. 

Flight Delays:

Our service will depart at the scheduled time, but the driver will wait for all passengers to collect their luggage before leaving. In the case of flight delays, we allow a maximum wait time of **60 minutes** beyond the scheduled departure for affected passengers.

Pick Up Kiruna Train Station - Train Delays:

Train delays is to be expected in Arctic climat. If your train is delayed and you miss your transfer pick up time there is no refund. We recommend that you contact train company regarding refund qoutes.

Booking Modifications:

Changes to your booking are permitted up to 7 days before your arrival, subject to availability.

Cancellation and Refunds:

Cancellations are accepted up to 7 days prior to your arrival for a full refund.
